I just don’t really like Rachel anymore, but hey maybe they’ll redeem her.

Nobody knows anything about season four yet, including Naya, but the writers often listen to the actors and if both Naya and Lea are pushing for Pezberry friendship then there will probably be one. I just don’t like the idea of them being friends, unless it’s written well in a fic :P
